The concept of option 1 comes from the works of Caspar David Friedrich, who was a 19th-century German Romantic landscape painter, the sea of ice. It’s a stunning composition of fragment. The roof is constitute with spiral and continue surfaces. Pieces of fragment in vertical direction combination as the organic whole, with glass blocks.

For site planning, the entrance square is in the east, the financial office zone consists of three towers and their podiums. The tower A is the most highest landmark of this area in 260M. TowerB and C are 200M. The main road go through the site from under towerA. The main square of the project is in the center of the site. and the hotel and convention center is on the west.
