The design revolves around the constructure elements”communication & transportation”, the “open window”is what we choose to symbolize open and communion, the ”Information eye” supply the current dynamic news. The whole building is divided into up-middle-bottom segments: the upper 14f-17f are offices, the middle part from 6f to13f is training centre. The rest below are Library.
